white on the chest and has white under the chin like a little beard.
He is a doll. He loves children! He also loves a belly rub.
Charlie is up to date with puppy vaccines and is neutered.
He is healthy and ready to start a life with his new family or person!!
He is being fostered in Homestead, FL
