Over the past 10 years, Miami Beach has seen its fair share of gay clubs, bars, and restaurants come and go, but there has been only one gay bar and club that has outlasted every other gay venue on Lincoln Road-SCORE.

For 10 years Score has been dedicated to bringing the best in entertainment, music, and events for the Miami Beach gay and gay friendly community.  

On Sunday, July 27, 2008 Score will celebrate its 10 year anniversary by taking revelers on a journey back to the gay hay day of South Beach when Score first opened its doors on Lincoln Road. Back then and even today, revelers never wanted the party to stop, and as such Score will be throwing a marathon party starting with a Tea Dance at 5 p.m. and closing with a deliciously scandalous night party that will go on till 5 a.m. It will literally be day vs. night at Score as Drew Tribe kicks off the party spinning his upbeat vocal house tracks till Grammy Award winner Peter Rauhofer takes over and spins till the wee hours of the morning. 

“It’s hard to believe that Score is only 10 years old,” says Score Owner, Luis Morera. “We’ve had so many DJs, entertainers, and events over the past 10 years; we thought it was best to take everyone back to the beginning to remind them of Score’s foundation and commitment to providing the best in entertainment and dance music.” 

For all the locals, Score will also transform the upstairs lounge known as Crème Lounge into a very special Relaxing VIP area. Complete with complimentary cocktails, massages, and giveaways, the VIP lounge will definitely be the place to catch the crème de la crème, so to speak, of the Miami Beach gay community.
